When you go to sleep at night do you remember what you dream?
Do you remember who you've spoken to, do you remember where you've been?
Were you in a different time and place, were you possibly with me?
Did you cross into a spirit world, were you a soul who was set free?
Will the dream go on and on when it's time for us to stay?
Is it possible to live in dreams, can it be a better way?

Is the heaven that we're hoping for merely just a dream away?
Did you speak to someone dear to you that you'd never thought you'd see?
Did the vision of their presence make you cry out in your sleep?
Did you reach out did you touch them, did you share a silvery moon?
Were you sorry you were waking from a dream that's done to soon?
